Ninja incorporates running, climbing and jumping while navigating obstacles in the most efficient way possible, using only your body. Skills include, but are not limited to: vaulting, rolling, swinging, and wall scaling.
Ninja Classes are fast paced. Classes combine a combination of obstacle course training, free form movement, gymnastics and martial arts. Character development is an essential part of what our students are taught in the Ninja Gym. We encourage our students to value community, humility, and the sharing of knowledge while showing respect for all people, places and spaces.
50 minute class
Ages 3-5 years
Our new KinderNinja program introduces children to the ninja discipline inspired by gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle training, and freestyle movement. Class goals include listening skills, confidence, trying new things, working through frustration, and manners.
55 minute class
Ages 6-11 years
We offer 3 levels of Ninja classes, providing a steady progression of difficulty and skill sets. Ninjas will learn to control their movements and challenge themselves on a weekly basis.

Ages 12-14 Years
Our Teen Ninja program is an all level class that teaches a combination of flips, rolls, jumps, and kicks. Strength and agility are tested through obstacle courses and various training techniques.
